Website Information

  • Provide logos for use on the site and guidelines for the website's  graphic design Provide electronic copies of your logo artwork – the original artwork is best, either in PDF format or as a PSD/PNG/JPG file.

  • Provide your preferred colour schemes, fonts and layouts by completing and submitting the Design Guide, by either clicking here or visiting  http://www.wildfireinternet.co.uk/design_guide.html

  • Provide links to 3 web site designs, which you like and which may form part of the design brief for your site, explaining what elements you like from each site. This can be completed on the Design Guide.

  • Provide 3 key selling points about your business, which appeal to customers. For example, these could be based on Quality, Customer Service, Pricing Competitiveness, Speed/Low Cost of Delivery, New Product Catalogues, Seasonal Promotions / End of Line Clearances.

We will send you the Guides you need so you understand how to setup and begin using the system.

We will proceed to build your base platform and will provide you with an address to access your site via the web and details to securely login to your Admin Centre. Wildfire wk 2

You will then need to complete the following tasks:
  • Set up your bank account or payment processor. Please note we currently support the following major payment processors: Paypal, Sagepay, Cardsave, Google Checkout. Additional payment processors can be integrated at a charge of £750 with a 12 week lead time.
  • If a data upload has been agreed, supply the data in a format suggested by Wildfire Internet Limited. A data cleansing charge will be made for data that has not been cleansed prior to upload.

Provide bank details, address, VAT number to enable us to set up a Google Adwords account on your behalf or, if the contract includes adwords management for an existing adwords account please supply password details for that account.

Provide possible dates for attending a “Getting Started” training session at our offices or via skype. This is up to a 2 to 3 hour session to cover off essential setup of the system and tells you what you need to do next.
